Classroom to Concert

Our “Classroom to Concert” project in music composition at Lake Avenue Elementary School in Saratoga. Based on an adaptation of “The Little Prince” the composition results from a collaboration with school music teacher, Megan O’Sullivan, SCP’s composer Eliot Bailen, and the students, with professional musical support from SCP’s violinist Jill Levy, flutist Susan Rotholz and cellist Eliot Bailen. The performance at SPAC is part of “Poetry in the Pines”, a Radial Arts production. This program is supported in part by a grant to the Saratoga Chamber Players from the Alfred Z. Solomon Foundation.
